Extremely Disappointed and Worst Experience Ever! I had a very bad experience with 4Wheels Rent a Car. They committed a price with me for renting a Toyota Hi-Roof for 2 days. There were 3 people present at the time of the deal, and the price was clearly quoted and agreed upon. However, after using their service, when it came time to make the final payment, they completely denied the agreed price and demanded almost double the amount. They falsely claimed that they never quoted the price we were told. Not only this, their staff started misbehaving and talking rudely when we confronted them about their dishonesty. They forced us to pay the extra amount which was almost double what was initially decided. This is highly unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable behavior. I would never recommend anyone to use their service. Beware of their fraud and unprofessional attitude!
