What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect the name, phone number, event date, guest count and message you type into the form, along with the listing you were viewing. We do not ask for your address, national identity number, or payment details, and you should not send them to us.

We also collect basic technical information that every website receives, such as your browser type and the pages you visited.

Why we collect it

Your quote request exists for one purpose: to pass your enquiry to the vendor you selected so they can reply to you. We may contact you about that specific enquiry. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Who we share it with

The vendor you enquired about receives your name, phone number, event date, guest count and message. Nobody else does, except the service providers who host our site and database on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for 24 months so we can resolve disputes and understand which vendors respond. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Vendor listings

Listings on BYAH are compiled from publicly available sources, including Google Maps business profiles and vendors' own public social media pages. Ratings and reviews shown are attributed to their original source. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for the businesses listed unless a listing says so.

If you own a business listed here and want the listing corrected or removed, email hello@byah.pk and we will action it within 7 days.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@byah.pk from the number or address you contacted us with.

Cookies

We use local browser storage to remember your theme preference and your shortlist. These stay on your device and are not used to track you across other sites.
