I used Ali Lajpal’s car rental service and my overall experience was very good. Ali bhai and his entire staff are extremely nice, humble, and cooperative people. It was really pleasant meeting all of them. We had to return the car early because we didn’t get a driver as requested, but Ali bhai cooperated a lot with us and processed our refund smoothly. The only issue we faced was with their driver, Adeeb. Our experience with him was very bad — he neither knows how to talk to customers nor shows any professionalism. He also misbehaved with us. However, Ali bhai handled our issue professionally and resolved it immediately. Thanks to Ali bhai!

Bought fortuner from them for 23 days for 4 lakhs, returned it after 3 to 4 days due to some personal reasons, they cut 2 lakhs and said will return the rest, only gave 1 lakh back after multiple calls and said they will return the rest today, tomorrow but that day never came, they are as crooked as any local business in Pakistan? Once you hand over the money, their attitude changes instantly, stay away from them especially overseas Pakistani.

Ali lajpal is such a great man diffrent from all rent a car owners. I booked a car from him but due to some reasons i had to cancel the booking and the car went back from my home and he refunded me my full amount.

They want to rent the cars to only those people who own a house. Means, the house registry has to be under your name to rent a car. My question is, if someone is capable to own a house, can’t he buy a car.. why rent it ? Rent means, someone can’t afford to buy a car or came from out of city or country. Their rental policy is ridiculous and disgusting. Don’t even bother calling them to inquire.
