This was the second time I used Burraq Rent a Car during my one week stay in Lahore, and once again the experience was excellent. Their prices are reasonable, and Umair, the owner, is easy to deal with, responsive, and flexible in accommodating specific needs, which makes the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The experience is further enhanced by their driver Abbas, who is punctual, professional, and extremely honest. He is very reliable, drives safely, knows the city well, and keeps the car clean and well maintained. I would have complete confidence using their services again, especially when traveling with my family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional rent-a-car service in Lahore.

Terrible experience. The driver drove recklessly, taking dangerous twists and turns that put my child’s and my life at serious risk. Completely irresponsible behavior. I reported it, but the management was apathetic and took no responsibility. On top of that, they overcharged us with no explanation. Avoid this company if you value safety and professionalism. To make matters worse, they demanded payment before the journey was even completed, while we were still on the road. Avoid this company

Worst service ever experienced for a rent a car service. The drivers are unprofessional, inexperienced and Management full of greed for revenue with no concern to safety, security and privacy. If you hate life, get in touch with them.
