Carlay Car Rental

This rent-a-car company is awesome! The cars are always very clean and well-maintained. Mr. Hassan and his team are extremely supportive, helpful, and available whenever needed. Their car pick-up and drop-off service is excellent. A special appreciation to their driver, Allahyar, for his excellent service pick and drop the car. Highly recommended for rent-a-car services!

We just completed a 10 raid trip from Karachi to Lahore (2/6–2/15) We were visiting from the US and decided to use Carlay because of previous reviews, professional responses and engagement through WhatsApp. The process of booking was simple and straightforward. The company sent the car from Lahore to Karachi and arrived promptly. This company is great no BS no changing of rates. The driver we got was professional, prompt and never asked for additional money, never shared a sob story that most often happens. Definitely will use again and recommend 100%. I booked a Toyota Corolla Altis 1.8x Grande from Carlay for 3 weeks and was very impressed with their service. I organised the car online via whatsapp over a month in advance, clearing payments through Wise and giving a cash security deposit in New Zealand Dollars. Their customer service was quick to respond and the staff was very easy to deal with. I had organised airport pick up/drop off which was very easy to handle. Their driver met me right outside the arrivals gate at Lahore International airport and personally helped me with my luggage to the car. The handover was quick and simple and their driver also paid for the toll upon exit. During my booking the car was scratched by a motorcycle rider in traffic and upon informing Carlay they were very accommodating to solve the issue. The car was also equipped with an M-TAG making motorway travel much easier. Returning the car was very easy, I was contacted by their driver on the morning of return and he met me right outside the departure gate where he helped unload my luggage and returned my full NZD deposit with zero hassle. I am very impressed with Carlay and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car (without driver) in Pakistan. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ No fraud, No bullshit 😎👍

Excellent service, nice clean cars, timely professional delivery. They deliver and receive car at / from your location making it a hassle free service. Price is also reasonable.

Hasan Bhai and Carlay staff are exceptional. Their service is outstanding and also prices compared to others are reasonable. Also, their cars are well taken care of. Don’t waste your time with local rent a car. Carlay is 100% trustworthy. Specially if you are overseas Pakistani and traveling to Pakistan looking for a rental. I have wasted money with other local rent a car where they will take your money and vanish. I live in USA but whenever I visit lahore I always rent a car from Carlay. You will thank me later. They can drop and pick up the car from your provided location with a little extra charge. Last time they dropped off a car at the airport for me. The car will be clean with a full tank and you return it the same way.

Excellent communication with all terms and conditions mentioned upfront for self drive option. Car was delivered on time on urgent basis in neat condition. I’ll definitely recommend others to hire car from carlay. Keep up the great work.
