I had a great experience with Faisal and his team. Faisal is a very polite, honest, and professional person to deal with. Before booking with him, I had hired another rent-a-car service where the owner was very rude, and the driver seemed more interested in saving fuel and charging extra than providing good service. The experience was disappointing. With Faisal, everything was completely different. Communication was professional from the start, the driver was courteous and experienced, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. The car was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. The only small issue was on my side—I hadn't clearly explained my preferred route to the driver, so he took the route he normally uses. Apart from that, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend Faisal to anyone looking for a reliable and professional rent-a-car service.
