Khan Tours Rent a Car Lahore

Had an excellent experience booking a Land Cruiser from Khan Rent a Car for our family function. The price was very budget-friendly and the service was top-notch. Driver Imran was extremely cooperative and had a great nature. I highly recommend them! Warm Regards, Muhammad Muzammil

"I had an exceptional rental experience with [khan rent a car] at [lahore]. The online booking was quick, and the counter staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. I got exactly the vehicle I requested, which was spotless and drove beautifully. Drop-off took less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend

Service has gone from a 5 Star to a one star service... Terrible experiance the second time using Khan Motors, driver was terrible, he didnt know his way around lahore, I had to use google maps for directions for local places... Hidden costs such as driver meals, not explained during bookings, I am not not used to the pakistani protocols, so what is expected is not common knowledge to me. They should advise how much to pay driver for meal. I felt like he was taking advantage when asking for me to pay him. He also cut the hire short when he had a flat tyre, took us the rest of the journey, but avoided the tour of the Eid Lights which is what we wanted to see, also took the long way round for a few trips, and demanded extra diesel money. first experience the tank was full, and we returned with a full tank, this time the tank was a quarter, so not clear how much diesel was used. I have left original review below, so you can see the contrast. What a great experience with Khan Motors. I was a bit apprehensive at first, as the reviews seemed too good to be true, however, from the moment Abid arrived with the car, the service was second to none. Abid Made us feel comfortable throughout our time with him. He was very friendly with the adults and children, ensuring they were comfortable and enjoying themselves. He was very respectable to us all especially the female passengers. He was adaptable to our requests, and instinctively knew when to engage in conversation, and when we need some quiet time. He helped with all aspects of our Holiday, from loading/unloading the luggage, to assisting with Shopping And taking us of a tour of Lahore. The car was fantastic a Huge Land cruiser v8 which was clean inside and out.. We felt safe on the roads and the dirt tracks we occasionally had to travel on to reach our destination. as the car seemed to be well maintained. Thank you Khan Tours for making our Holiday

They agreed to rent us a Hiace on Thursday, a full week before our trip. However, yesterday, when I reached out to confirm the booking and pay the advance, they suddenly informed us that there would be a “fine” for taking the vehicle to KPK because it is registered in Punjab. No proper explanation or details regarding the alleged fine were provided despite requesting I also questioned why we were being charged the out-of-city rate of 15,000 instead of 12,000 while still being asked to cover this additional “fine” for taking this North. Immediately after raising this concern, they informed us that no vehicle was available, just one day before the trip. Extremely disappointing handling of the situation and highly unprofessional.
