Hired a car for an outstation family trip and it turned into a disaster. The vehicle broke down within a few hours, leaving us stranded on the roadside with kids and elders. No backup car, no proper support—just empty excuses on the phone. We wasted hours waiting while our plans were completely destroyed. Their team showed no urgency or concern and kept delaying instead of solving the problem. They ruined our family day. Extremely unreliable service. I wouldn’t trust them again, even for a short ride.

I recently rented a car from Lahori Rent car while on vacation in Murree. I was very impressed with the company's service from start to finish. The prices were very competitive, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were always available to answer my questions.
