Had a great experience with Mountain Travels! We rented a Hiace for Murree and a coaster for our Naran trip. Everything was well organised, and the vehicles were comfortable, neat and clean and the drivers were very professional and well mannered. I traveled Last Weekend to Islamabad with Mountain Travels, and it was a great experience. This is a very good company—their vehicles are brand new and of the latest models. Their drivers are very professional and courteous. From my side, they are 100% recommended.

Extremely unsafe and unprofessional experience. We booked a Toyota Hiace High Roof for a 2-day family trip, but were given a different vehicle from the one we selected. The car was already making suspicious suspension noises, and despite informing the driver twice, nothing was done. On our return journey to Lahore, the suspension broke from the right rear side, the vehicle skidded, and we nearly faced a fatal accident with 14 family members onboard. We were stranded on the motorway at night, including women and children. The owner, Mian Rashid, was rude, dismissive, and provided no meaningful support. Instead of arranging a replacement vehicle, he responded with sarcasm and unsafe suggestions. We ultimately had to arrange help ourselves. This business showed negligence in vehicle maintenance and zero professionalism in handling a serious roadside emergency. Completely unacceptable.

The car they sent had suspension issues, even though we told the driver multiple times that it's making a strange sound, he ignored it by saying that it's just because of rain. 3. As expected, the car broke down on the motorway at night, and all thanks to Allah Almighty that He saved us from a serious accident because the car lost control when the suspension belt broke (we were 14 family members and one driver). 4. The company owner when informed of this talked to us very rudely along with some inappropriate comments and didn't provide any solution and left us stranded there. 5. We ourselves had to arrange a separate conveyance to pick us up from there, took the car to mechanic (which by the way was closed and nearby police officers, because of a personal connection, arranged for it to open at night and fix the car). We were delayed by several hours while waiting for the car to get fixed. 6. In all of that, we didn't even receive a single sincere apology from the company.

Very Bad Experience at the end of our trip. The owner Mian Rashid handled the situation very badly after giving us a rental car that broke down on the motorway nearly missing a fatal accident.
