I arranged a coaster for a trip on Sunday, 16 November, but the experience with this rental company was very disappointing. They sent the bus very late, and the driver’s behavior was very rude. He refused to start the bus and demanded extra money. When we refusef he made all 24 passengers get off the bus. It was extremely shocking and frustrating. I do not recommend this company at all..we already paid half amount in advance..extremely not recomended

Absolutely the worst rental service I have encountered. I had a reservation for weeks and keep in touch till last night, but when I showed up the van was late more than an hour. We all (more than 20 people group) sat in the bus, the driver become ignorant about destination, we showed him our conversation on messages but despite to start the trip he misbehaving with us. We call the rental service company they don't give us a solution and acted like working hard to resolve our issue. I had to scramble to find another rental at the last minute. Very unprofessional and I'll mannered.
