had an excellent experience with this rent-a-car service! The whole process—from booking to return—was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my trip. The team was professional, polite, and always ready to help. What impressed me most was their punctuality and clear communication—no hidden charges, no last-minute surprises.

They charged me double the amount just because I was in a bit rush and forgot to make them mention what an “1 day” means to them!! For all of us its either 12hrs or 24 but since the clock ticked 12am while my clients were traveling on it even if they left at 6pm but yet it is termed as 2 days so I had to pay them double the amount!!! I booked their car for my clients at 6pm they sent car right away after taking advance while traveling my clients asked how long they’ve taken 20k for he said for 12hrs which is a sane thing so they reached Islamabad and freed the driver at 3:55am but driver was hesitant to leave without thing payment of TWO DAYS. Kept calling me at 4am back to back when I responded to get back we can talk about it in morning he got back but the person and driver kept calling me every 5 mins from 9-12pm till I went to their office to ask if it a sane thing they are asking for they denied any logical reasoning and in-fact threatened me to go and torture my clients if I am not paying them whatever they’re asking for!

The service of the Zayed tours is unbeatable and very professional, the owner Arif is the man of commitment. The booking process is smooth and straight forward and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and exactly what I needed for my trip. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommended in Lahore and most importantly in DHA
