I had an amazing experience at Canvas Hair Salon on MM Alam Road! The staff is incredibly professional, skilled, and welcoming. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service truly set them apart. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top-quality salon services!

A lot of bad reviews are already here. But last week I visited them for hair consultation and to know about pricing. The girl Sumbal gave me consultation, checked my hair and length, saw the color I want and gave me final pricing of 20k. Today I went there with money to have the process started (since consultation was already done). To my surprise, the girl came and said it will be 28k. How on earth can you do that? I spent good 10 mins trying to comprehend what sort of attitude it is. The girl on the desk told her name was Faiza and she is the manager. She said sorry we can't do it in 20k though we made a commitment. Then the girl Mishi came and said the same thing. The attitude of staff was so so unprofessional. I went there because of the name 'Jugnu's' as they are so good. But unfortunately my experience has been pathetic. Will never suggest anyone to go there. There are a lot of good salons in the area, please don't waste your time and money here.

Very disappointing experience every time I visit. They have plenty of staff, yet customers are made to wait for hours. I’ve used their services multiple times, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately it’s the same every visit. The staff’s attitude is very casual. If you ask about your turn or how much longer you’ll have to wait, the only response you get is, “Aap wait karein,” which is quite frustrating. Their services are good, and they often have attractive deals, but that doesn’t justify making customers wait for 2–3 hours. Even for something as simple as a haircut or a manicure/pedicure, the waiting time is excessive. The management really needs to improve appointment handling, customer service, and waiting times. Good services lose their value when customers have to spend hours waiting.

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I got acrylic nails done, and within just 30 minutes, they started lifting and coming off. The application was rushed, the shape wasn’t even, and the finish looked unprofessional from the start. It’s frustrating to spend money on a service that doesn’t even last an hour. I expected better quality and basic durability, especially for acrylics. Definitely not worth the time or cost. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for long-lasting, well-done nails.
