I got my baraat makeup done at Hifsa Khan Salon, I had the final touch up makeup and Uzma did my makeup. I couldn't rave enough about them. They were attentive and gave me the look i wanted. Hifsa was so kind also she relieved all my stress that i had due to the rain. She is one of the nicest people I have met in Pakistan. All her staff is amazing. I recommend booking your bridal makeup with them without thinking twice

Went this afternoon fir the first time. Muskan and Tina both were very friendly, Specially Muskan has been very professional throughout the service. It is a suggestion that please use some scented towels for the clients. Thank you so much. Will visit again.

Hi hifza i m very old client of urs, in jan had booked makeup for my niece n her friends czn n her inlaws in ur cantt branch, but seriously j m very disappointed, only by make up Rest of the things are always top class hygiene, hospitality but ur staff needs more sessions by u, Was expecting MArYUM nawaz should booked her makeup by u but she choose sehrish, from this u can imagine that how u r neglecting ur makeup studio now a days. All branches hygiene, decoration hospitality all awesome, But plz focus on ur makeup studio, there attitude, towards clients. Should b more polite. B4 makeup had booked dye appointment ur hair department head i think her name is ameena or amina the way she speaks to the staff infront of clients, in punjabi and joking with them like she is her home, even i asked her regarding hair color bcz i dont want to go for cut down my hair color but as head of hair section she dont even know the level of hair, how to safe hair through damaging, no manners at all Kept her hands in her pant pocket like she is The Hifsa khan boss. Plz sorry to say i find her very annoying. Dont match at the position. Hair department head should ne acknowledged about all hair techniques. All my family members love to come n have their services at ur main branch. Just a humble request to pay more attention in these sections God Bless you more ameen with good health. I recently visited Hifsa Khan Salon's Thokar/Canal Road branch for a haircut, root touch-up, and gloss. Since Hifsa Khan is a reputed name, I expected the same standard of service at their new branch. I usually get my hair done at Nabila's, but due to time constraints during my visit to Pakistan, I chose this salon because it was closer and carried a trusted name. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I only requested a trim to maintain my existing haircut, but my hair was cut unevenly-the front does not match the back, and the overall shape is unbalanced. Instead of improving my hair, they completely ruined the cut. What was even more concerning was being asked to sign multiple documents before the service, stating that the salon would not be responsible for unsatisfactory results. If you operate under a well-known brand name and franchise model, customers expect trained staff and accountability for the services provided. I also felt pressured into taking additional services and was charged a very high amount. Customers choose reputed salons because they trust the brand's standards, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that at all. Paying premium prices only to leave disappointed with damaged hair is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this branch and sincerely hope the management ensures better staff training and customer service in the future.

I booked my nikkah makeup for senior artist and Ayesha Khan did it. Created the perfect look I needed for my event. So happy for her services and polite nature. She's extremely kind to brides! Loved the professionalism!
