Worst brand and staff ever .. today I received my eyeshadow pallet which was broken (some of the colors) and in response they said that "it is not significantly broken you can use them". The problem is not only that it is broken but the way they just dismissed the complaint.

My experience at Kashif Salon has been outstanding. Minahil Asif deal with me very well and was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The cosmetic counter also offers excellent services. Whenever I come here, my visit is always amazing. I am completely satisfied with Kashif Salon and would definitely recommend it.

I had such a wonderful experience at Kashee Beauty Salon! ❤️ For my event, I requested a modle makeup look on 1st day and for 2nd day, I wanted a beautiful party makeup look. Both looks were done by Iram, and she did an absolutely fabulous job on both days! ✨ Iram understood exactly what I wanted and made me feel so beautiful and confident. I absolutely loved both looks and received so many compliments. 💕 I’m so happy with the results and would definitely recommend Iram at Kashee Beauty Salon to anyone looking for amazing makeup!

It is very disappointing to see such unprofessional and irresponsible behavior from the staff at Kashees Gulberg Lahore. Customers are being overcharged at the cosmetics products counter, which is completely unfair and unacceptable. There is also no response on the contact numbers provided on the card, which further adds to the frustration of customers. Moreover, original printed invoices are not being provided to customers, and even proper bills or shopping bags are not given. This reflects a very non-serious attitude towards customer service and raises serious concerns about transparency, honesty, and overall professionalism. There should also be a separate counter or window for male customers purchasing cosmetics so they can deal directly and comfortably with the staff. Immediate action should be taken to address these issues and protect customers from such misconduct.

I had a great experience shopping at this cosmetic store. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. The shop was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of quality cosmetics and skincare items. I found exactly what I was looking for, and the prices were reasonable. Excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
