Very bad experience. My daughter and I booked her bridal makeup at this salon, and they charged a very high amount. Unfortunately, on the wedding day, we were extremely delayed due to their poor time management and carelessness. Despite clearly informing them in advance about the time we needed to be ready, my daughter was made to wait for nearly 2 hours before they even started her makeup. I also told them that I am the bride’s mother and the host, so I needed to be ready early and reach the hall on time. They assured me, but I was made to wait for almost 3 hours. At one point, I even wanted to cancel my makeup, but since they had already taken full payment in advance and I had no other booking elsewhere, I had no choice but to stay. As a result, we arrived late at the venue, my daughter missed her bridal photoshoot, and we were rushed on such an important day & the hall was due to close shortly after our arrival. The stress was visible on our faces and captured in the pictures. The makeup itself was not worth the high price. Similar or better results could easily be achieved at other good salons for less money and with proper time management. If you are willing to wait for hours and risk being late for your special day, then this may be the place for you. Highly unprofessional & disappointing

I got my bridal makeup done. The makeup was good but there was no staff to help the bride. And they also object bringing someone to help you. I was wearing a heavy dress and no help was available to shift my things in the car. Overall average experience even though the charges were very much.

Omg! I was sooo impressed with the final look of my nikah event bridal makeup. Everyone said that I was looking like a doll. I was amazed by the services provided and I now regret for not booking Naylas for all of my events.
