The owner, Isma, is so accommodating and genuinely lovely. The staff is incredibly nice, and the hospitality is excellent. I had the most relaxing massage here. Shehnaz did my massage, and she is honestly one of the best masseuses I’ve experienced. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage and a wonderful experience!

My visit to Haven by Depilex was overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience, thanks to their warm ambience and professional team. I opted for a deep tissue massage along with a mani-pedi by Fehmida, and her service truly stood out—she was skilled, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the session. The staff in general was cooperative and welcoming, which added to the positive vibe of the place. That said, the only area that could use improvement was the steam room experience; it took a while to heat up properly, which slightly reduced the effectiveness of the session. Preparing it in advance would really enhance the overall experience. Despite this small hiccup, I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would still recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and pamper themselves.
