Disappointing experience withH2 studio . Poor communication, unresponsive to polite requests, and unprofessional behavior. Lacked elegance and professionalism. Set clear expectations beforehand to avoid similar issues. Situation was : I attended my sister -in-law's brother wedding as a guest and shot some videos. I called them once, and I politely asked them to email me the videos when they have time. It's been 23 days since the wedding, but they're too proud to even respond to my messages. Does someone's payment determine their behavior? If a guest trusted them and records something, they should inform them beforehand that they can't share the raw videos . Or take out time of 5-10 minutes. I've never seen such arrogant photographers in my life; they lack elegance and professionalism.

Worst customer service. No packages details. So called booking manager will just throw a random amount at you. Too much unprofessionalism. You can easily find many mistakes in their signature album that they shows you. Never try this.
