We hired this photographer for my brother’s reception and Qawali, expecting coverage of both events. Unfortunately, they were incredibly unprofessional. They were careless and negligent, and despite us booking them for both functions, they only covered one. The drone shot was supposed to be included in our package, but they never brought it and charge for drone shot as well. Even worse, it took them one and a half years to deliver a video for that single function. They failed to capture the other event at all. Communication was almost nonexistent, and we were left completely disappointed. I would not recommend them to anyone.”

★★☆☆☆ Review (2 Stars) I am giving 2 stars only because I eventually received my data, but the overall experience was extremely inconvenient, unprofessional, and disappointing that it deserved only 1. Event Dates: 26 and 28 December 2024 Albums Handed Over: 31 October 2025 Delay: It took almost 10 months to receive my data and albums. Video Song: Delivered a few days after the event, but the quality was very mediocre — I never even used it. Video Quality: Most clips were so shaky and poorly shot that they were unusable. Editing: No short videos or highlight clips of immediate family were edited, even though those moments were clearly captured during the events. The shoot was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., yet the team arrived after 11:00 a.m. They came with only cameras — no lighting setup, no backup equipment, and no professional direction regarding poses or shots. We were left to manage things on our own. I had selected this team based on a trusted reference and had paid the full amount in advance, expecting reliable service. Initially, they responded to calls and messages about data handover, but later stopped taking responsibility completely. There were no call pickups, no replies, and every time I personally visited their office, they gave excuses and false promises with new dates. After months of delay and frustration, I had to argue repeatedly just to get the edited videos and albums. To make matters worse, even after paying a hefty amount for a two-day event, the albums were handed over in cheap plastic covers — with no proper protection cases or bags. Overall, this has been a terrible service experience — poor communication, poor quality, and zero professionalism. I would not recommend this team to anyone looking for dependable photography or videography services.

Perfect place for a wedding shot. They are an amazing people. I use to conduct yoga session in this beautiful place.
