Attended a spiritual gathering at Aiwan-e-Akbari and experienced deep peace and tranquility for both heart and soul.

The worst experience of our life. Booked a function over here and they were not serving food well. The quantity was also not enough, our guests were not served properly too. The only thing we did was tell them that this is not the way and we have to maintain our reputation obviously and they said you don't even deserve to be respected. Things took a turn and their manager Mr Shakeel and his goons or as they call them waiters started throwing soup bowls, steel rods at our guests. 5 of our guests got seriously injured and they had to get stitches on their head lips. Out of those 5 guests, one guest was an elderly woman who was only trying to save her brother and got injured too.

The catering staff ensured that the food was served properly and replenished on time, which added to the overall positive experience. The management and staff also deserve appreciation. They were cooperative, attentive, and handled everything professionally. From guest handling to cleanliness, everything was maintained at a good standard throughout the event. Parking, which is often an issue at many venues, was relatively well-managed here. Guests were able to find space without much hassle, which is definitely a plus point. Overall, my experience at Aiwan-e-Akbari was very satisfying. It is a great venue for wedding events and other large functions, offering a good combination of space, service, and ambiance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-maintained event venue in Lahore.
