Got my own wedding here. A good hall with a large one and a smaller one. Food quality is also good. Recently attended an engagement and food was good too and hall's division and the arrangement was good too. Really enjoyed the small function. Parking is a bit issue but since it's Pakistan, you can park anywhere you want and don't have to bother the public. Rest staff and management are also cooperative.
Al Jannat Fort Marriage Hall is reasonably good in taste of food and traditional decore. However, level of cleanliness and services are not of desired standard. Chairs placed in the hall don't have protection cover furniture, thus make lot of noise, which makes the environments uncomfortable. May be booked for low range functions.
Al- Jannat fort on PIA Society Road, is an addition by the owners of the Al- Jannat event complex, located on College Road.We attended the walima function of my younger son's friend. The hall was spacious for around 200 guests. The furniture was okay; but, toilets were sub-standard and dirty.Food was also sub- standard; particularly the Gajar ka halwa. The supply chain route interferes with sitting guests.Limited street parking on front.Management should look into these issues.
If only i could give rating in negative, had the absolute worst experience, went to book it for my sister's mehndi for 20 Dec 2024, paid them the security fee of 50k on 23 Nov 2024 Saturday at around 7 pm, but called them on Sunday at 11 am, telling them to put it on hold because due to budget issues, we are facing difficulties and trying to look for a more economical option and then on Monday 10 AM, got the booking canceled. We paid on 23 Nov 7 pm, they closed on 8 pm. Sunday was off for them and we canceled on Monday. So in this time, the excuse of "we have paid these vendors for your event" and etc lame excuses is totally out of question. When we requested them for refund, in the time of this most crucial family event, we were already facing financial difficulties, and they gave me and my family a lot of tension and deducted 15k for practically just a window shopping. They have no moral or sense of ethics. Their furniture is worn out and decayed, the washrooms (especially the female washrooms) are totally unhygienic and totally disgusting, we had finance constraints but the main reason for looking into other options was because of the above reasons. I mean, would anyone really want the sisters and daughters of their family to go though such disgusting situations, bringing shame to the family at such an important once in a life time moment event of the family? It wasn't enough value for money. If someone ever considers booking this hall, please think about the above facts, there are some many halls in lahore now a days, surely you'll find much better options in the same budget where people have a conscious and moral and fear of Allah Almighty as to not give a son, his father and his family so much stress on the wedding of their sister/daughter, and traumatizing them. No sense of customer dealing or customer service at all. Absolutely disgusting, they'll probably just bury this review with a bunch of fake reviews as soon as I hope. Only Allah knows our suffering and only he will do justice.
Food was good there…outside look of this Hall is good…kind of unique but what face more was a parking issue…not exact parking of this place…so most of cars need to park on the road..and some even other side of the roas…Naan was fresh and taste was so good…Rice was also cooked amazing..
