Overall, the marriage event experience was average. The arrangements were decent, but there were several areas that need improvement. One of the main concerns was the crockery, which was not neat and clean. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important, especially at such events, and unfortunately, this aspect did not meet expectations. With better attention to cleanliness, presentation, and quality control, the overall experience could be much better. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on improving these areas for future events.

Quality food, decoration is also pretty newly (matka smoke) looking so gorgeous. Overall fully recommended in reasonable per head price.

I attended a walima at Ali Palace and had a good overall experience. The hall is spacious and the seating was arranged well. Décor is simple but looks clean and presentable. Food quality was solid and everything was served fresh and on time. Staff was cooperative, though a bit more attentiveness during peak serving would help. Washrooms were okay but could use more frequent cleaning. Parking is available but can get crowded if there are multiple events. Good value for money and suitable for medium to large gatherings.

Extremely disappointed with the service. The waiters were unprofessional & greedy, asking for money from both the bridal & groom's sides. They demanded tips from every single relative, making a mockery of our special day. To make matters worse, the food was subpar and tasteless. I'd give their food a 1/10 It was a struggle to finish the meal. Avoid this place at all costs, overpriced and underdelivering in every aspect.
