The ambiance of Anarkali Event Complex is genuinely beautiful the décor, lighting, and overall environment are impressive and create a perfect setting for events. However, the major issue we faced was with the staff. The waiters were extremely unprofessional and rude. When we requested water, they didn't provide it, and even when we asked for a cold drink, they simply ignored us and walked away. Their behavior was disappointing and didn't match the standard of the venue. Overall, while the ambiance is excellent, the management seriously needs to improve the staff's attitude and service quality. With better training and behavior from the waiters, this place could be truly outstanding.

The place is great for outdoor events. The arrangements are emaculate are the staff is very well trained as well. The services are amazing too! Most importantly they offer one place solution for catering, decorations and the event itself.

The docore and service was very good but the food quality was very poor especially biryani and chicken quorma was of pathetic taste. The rice were tasteless and in quorma they served only chest and neck portion. I complaint them again and again and changed the bowl 4 times but every time they served neck and chest portion. As per the rate of per person, this hall is not recommended at all, they charge 2700/person but food quality was very poor.

The place is very spacious and has a large parking. There are 2 halls which have been beautifully decorated. The staff is very quick, helpful and friendly. The food was great. They fulfill the theme of the hall by having mughal male and female soldiers stand at the entrance. There is also an exquisite lawn for wedding shoots. Inside there's a beautiful gallery where they have placed sofas and mirrors to take pictures. They also offer valet parking.

The wedding ceremony of my daughter was held on 06.03 2022 at Anarkali Event Complex. They managed the event to the entire satisfaction of my family. The quality of the Food was Excellent. It was really a wonderful event in every aspects. I'm fully satisfied and recommend my friends to have a experience there.
