Alhamduliallah it was very great ! i booked this place to celebrate our anniversary and my husband really loved it ! its the only place i’ve found in lahore like this, private and 3 decors at one place ! also the boy there serving us was too nice. thankyou so much❤️

Very dirty and smelly place. Only look good in pictures. I booked the place but when I visited there I could stay there for a minute. They had only one washroom for gents and ladies. The way to washroom goes through staff/waiters' residence. Not recommended at all. The kitchen was very dirty and in bad condition. They don't cook everything there. They order from 3rd class restaurants and serve as their own food. If you want to book, first visit it. Otherwise they won't refund the advance booking amount.

I had an amazing experience at Cruise Inn Lounge, DHA Phase 2.🫠 I arranged my friend’s birthday celebration here and everything was absolutely perfect. The team was extremely cooperative, sweet, and professional throughout the whole process.🩷 I showed them a picture of a flower bouquet I wanted, and they recreated it exactly the same with fresh flowers — even better than expected. The decoration setup was also identical to the reference picture, nothing fake or different. Everything was beautifully arranged just as promised.^_^ 🌷 The cake was delicious, fresh, and everyone loved it. The staff guided me so well at every step and made the entire event stress-free and special for us.🙂 Highly recommended! From my side, I will definitely choose Cruise Inn Lounge again for future bookings and events. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable!🤗😍🩷

Such a lovely place it was. I was so afraid of going there due to some fake bad reviews, but it turned out to be totally opposite. Loved the cleanliness, the atmosphere, air conditioning was on all the time. Food serving and waiters were really professional and whole launge was very beautifully decorated and clean. Even a room for movie was also given but we didn't utilize. thank you so much for being genuine. Will be trying once again😊

There’s a cozy TV lounge to relax and unwind, a dedicated birthday area for cake cutting and capturing beautiful pictures, and an adorable hut that’s perfect for spending memorable moments with loved ones. The team at Cruise In really knows how to create a welcoming and celebratory atmosphere. If you’re looking for a versatile venue for any special occasion, this place is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for both its ambience and functionality ❤️

Worst experience ever. Speaker system were also creating disturbance. Ring light wasn’t provided. Bulbs were fused. Tv volume was sick. Didn’t mentioned before outside food isn’t allowed we ordered and there staff was highly unprofessional didn’t responded us on WhatsApp an agent who manage online booking. Rudely talked instead of co-operating or managing. They were continuously knocking doors over small things.
