Encore by Zafar Group is a well-known and reputable name for wedding events and functions. I have attended 3-4 weddings here, and most of the time the arrangements were impressive. The décor, overall setup, and management usually reflect a high standard, which matches their strong reputation in the market. However, my most recent experience was quite disappointing. The hall management and food service were not up to the expected level. After the initial food serving, the waiters disappeared, and there was no proper follow-up or refill service. Guests, including the hosts, were left searching for staff, which created a very uncomfortable situation. Despite paying a high per-head cost, it is unacceptable for guests to face inconvenience, especially regarding food service-one of the most important parts of any wedding event. Instead of resolving the issue, the hall management did not respond properly, which made the experience even worse. For a brand of this level, consistency in service is extremely important. Encore by Zafar Group needs to pay serious attention to its service quality and staff management. Otherwise, even a big name can lose its value if customer experience is compromised.

Parking place is quite sufficient. Multiple halls are available. Excusite and Magnificintaly decorations. Separate seating arrangements for ladies and gents. Courteous and friendly staff. Food service is on the tables. Cuisines are OK.

What a marvelous, kingly and peaceful ambience. Just loved it. Highly recommended for wedding events and other domestic parties. A great addition in Lahore's centuries old cultural and architect traditions. Bravo to the founders.

An absolutely stunning venue with beautiful architecture and a wonderful ambiance. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout the event. While the overall experience was fantastic, a little more attention to the food quality would make it truly exceptional. Highly recommended for its grandeur and service!

An amazing place for a wedding venue. We were here for a family wedding. A very pleasant experience. Everyone told us not to eat any food, as we are from abroad, but when i saw the menu, i changed my mind. Food was delicious. Here i am w4 hours later to tell rhe tale that there is nothing wrong with eating out in Lahore.

Good decent ceromany halls. Food is good. Car Parking staff is always asking for tip and money using wallet parking terminology even they didn't do anything.
