It's rare to find such consistency and attention to detail in event catering, but Grace Royal truly delivered. Environment & Decoration: The ambiance was elegant, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The setup matched our theme perfectly, and everything looked classy and well-organized. The service provided by the catering team was truly professional and remarkably efficient. Every course was served promptly, ensuring that the food remained hot and fresh for all the guests without any delays. Their focus on gourmet quality and organized serving methods meant there was zero mismanagement.It was a seamless experience that reflected their years of professional catering expertise.

A few days ago, I arranged a function at this hall. At the time of booking, a ten-minute lecture was given about the quality of their meat dishes, but during the actual event, guests had to search for pieces of meat in the food. The service was extremely poor. The food quality served at the event was nowhere near the quality that had been presented and sampled during the booking process. Even the rice was broken and of low quality. The decoration was not at all in accordance with the amount of money they had charged. The air conditioners also seemed to be underperforming because it felt hot inside, and people were sweating slightly. At one point, the generator stopped working for about ten minutes, which caused considerable inconvenience and spoiled the atmosphere. The waiters were also not neatly dressed or presentable. Most importantly, the owner of the hall turned out to have a completely different personality from what he had shown at the time of booking. During the booking process, he behaved one way, but during the event, he behaved entirely differently. A person's attitude and behavior are extremely important. Sometimes someone's behavior can be so shocking and hurtful that it can seriously affect a person's well-being. All the shortcomings and deficiencies of this hall could perhaps be overlooked, but the owner's attitude can never be forgotten. I was deeply disappointed and saddened by the way the owner treated us. Later, a friend also reviewed the Google reviews and noticed signs suggesting that some of the hall's reviews may have been managed or obtained through paid services. Anyone who carefully examines the timing and dates of those reviews may come to the same conclusion.

I was truly impressed by the exceptional cleanliness. Every part of the restaurant, from the hall and tables to the dishes, was spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a fresh, comfortable, and inviting dining environment.
