The hall was good, ambiance was nice and the food was good. What off-ed me a bit was the welcome part of the hall, the entrance. It was all shiny and the black tiles on the stairs was a huge camouflage. Honestly I almost fell off quite number of times which is a bit concerning for elderly people specially during exit as we all know the event timing is maxed up at 10 PM after that the management turn off lights gradually and at the end when you are exiting the hall it is almost impossible to identify each step. That can be improved with small tweaks

I arranged my sons walima in December 25. I was satisfied withe the service provided. It is expensive especially the in-house decoration which is the only option. However, the price aside, we were provided everything we were promised. The food was very good, the service excellent. Toilets were clean. Our dealings were with Mr Ashfaq and Ms Zobia who I found to be helpful and co-operative. All in all I was pleased with Marabelle.
