We had a barat event of our sister at Marina Banquet Hall on 07th Feb, 2026. It was a complete disaster. No cleanliness, no professionalism, no cooperation. The crockery was full of dust, cracked glasses, etc. The food was tasteless and full of smell (jesay 2 din Purana Khana ho). 1 star bhi inki service k liye ziada hai. Highly disappointed experience. Not recommended at all.

Very disappointing experience at Marina Banquet Hall. The services provided were far below expectations. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the environment extremely uncomfortable for guests. The food quality was poor, and the overall service was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, what should have been one of the happiest days of my friend's life turned into a stressful and disappointing experience due to the hall's poor management and lack of attention to basic arrangements. I would not recommend this venue to anyone planning an important event unless significant improvements are made in their facilities and customer service.
