The venue was stunning and the decor was perfectly executed, making for a truly beautiful event. The food was also a highlight delicious and well-presented. However, the experience was significantly dampened by the unprofessionalism of the staff. They repeatedly interrupted key moments, including photos and videos, to collect money from the floor. While the hall itself is great, the team requires much better training to ensure they don't disrupt the host's special moments.

Meadows Marque offers a lovely, beautiful setting with clean facilities, making it a solid choice for events. However, the experience was mixed. The staff and service were generally average; while professional, the team felt thinly stretched during peak times, and we felt the service lacked the extra attentive touch a large event needs. The main operational challenge is the significantly limited parking space. This caused notable congestion for our guests upon arrival and departure. We highly recommend utilizing carpool or ride-sharing services if you host an event here to avoid the hassle. Overall, Meadows Marque is a pleasant venue, but improvements in staff levels and parking capacity would make it truly excellent.
