I would start by addressing all people who want to order from them locally or internationally avoid them like plague. They not only sell cheap quality clothes but also defective and customer services is equally pathetic and non existent. Specially the online order they will send ypu their seconds and then stop responding happened not once but twice and both time no one took any notice or accountability.

Sana Safinaz team did a phenomenal job with my outfit. From the minute I entered their studio, their service was amazing. Their styles and designs are beautiful however I had a customization request for my outfit and they catered to my needs in such a professional way. Since after placing my order, I had gone a size down and rather than handing me outfit made as per my original measurements, they tailored it to perfection and did all the alterations for me that too on a very short notice! I got so many compliments on my outfit! I highly recommend them, they listen to their clients and actually deliver what they promise.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was extremely unwelcoming, and the staff were not polite at all. One of the employees refused to assist me and instead told me to check the store next door. If I wanted to visit another store, I would have done so without being told. I strongly believe the management should focus on training their staff to provide better customer service. This experience was far from what I expected.
