Worst food quality, rude staff behavior. Highly not recommended.

Awesome placeWe recently hosted our wedding at Qasare Ghausia, and it was everything we hoped for and more! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and memorable. The hall is beautifully designed with modern yet elegant decor that creates a luxurious feel without being over the top. The lighting, chandeliers, and spacious layout made for a stunning backdrop for all our photos. The staff was incredibly helpful, both before and during the event. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was just right and that all our guests were comfortable. Their coordination was smooth, allowing us to enjoy the day without stress. We loved that the hall came equipped with everything we needed — from audio-visual setup for speeches and music to a spacious dance floor. The seating arrangements were flexible, allowing us to easily accommodate our guest list. The in-house catering was exceptional! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests were raving about the variety and quality of dishes. The team was even accommodating to special dietary requests, which made it perfect for all our guests. Overall, Qasare Ghausia provided everything we needed to make our wedding day unforgettable. If you're looking for a venue that combines elegance, excellent service, and convenience, I genuinely recommend Qasare Ghausia.

The venue used to provide outstanding upto mark service, however this time we had a very bad pathetic experience, the so called manager Mr. Ahmad (highly unprofessional) over committed on every demand a day before the event as final checklist, And afterwards on the day of event when double booked the same venue, when asked him a solution or reason he was like "Me kiya kr skta hon, me me subha se pani bhi nhi piya" kind of illogical excuses, me as a customer did not force u to book. He made my all guests to sit on the road. Never going back there Cherry on top, he was even beaten by the other party due to some similar reasons I am sure owners are not aware about his activities, they should take an immediate notice of such activities as its not his business he will spoil the reputation and sit in someone else's lap.

Overall, the experience was pleasant. Location is easy to reach, interior and service was good. Food was tasty and it’s sufficiently air-conditioned. It was my classmate’s Mehndi here.
