Ambiance good. For summer events, the cooling wasn't good (but our's was an afternoon event in June. It might be better for evening) Washrooms were far away from hall. Parking was good. I personally didn't enjoy the food much but my family members did. Overall, it was a good experience. (6.5/10)

The Grand Event Complex is a beautifully designed wedding hall, perfect for hosting a variety of events. The hall itself is elegant, with a well-thought-out interior that adds a touch of grandeur to any occasion. The sitting arrangements were well-executed, providing a comfortable setting for the guests. One unique and commendable aspect of this venue was their food service. Unlike most wedding halls where guests have to leave their seats to get food from a buffet table, here the staff served food directly at each table. This arrangement was highly convenient and allowed everyone to enjoy their meal without any hassle or waiting in queues. The food quality was good, though it could have been slightly better. While I would personally rate the food a solid 3/5, the overall dining experience was enhanced by the efficient service. One issue I noticed was the space management. Although the hall itself is spacious, the host had only booked half of it for an event with approximately 200 people, which made the space feel congested. This is something the management should address, advising clients against booking a smaller portion of the hall for larger gatherings. Overall, The Grand Event Complex offers a great venue with excellent service, but a bit more attention to space management and food quality could make the experience even better.

This place completely ruined my sister's wedding. The food was cold and extremely disgusting. The hall was dirty and smelled bad. would never recommend this place for a wedding or any important event.
